LOSS RUNS

Loss Runs are generally delivered within 24 hours of processing. However, some carriers take a few days.  You can request loss runs via fax or by emailing base on location:

In your request please include:

  • Insured’s name
  • Policy number(s) and effective date(s)
  • Your name and contact information

CLAIMS

If you have a summons, please forward to us immediately via fax or emailing base on location.

For any other claims, report to us right away on an Acord form.  Most of our carriers require the Acord, so for your convenience we have the forms right here:

The carrier will assign a representative to your insured’s claim.  In most situations we can provide contact information to you within 3 days of submitting the claim.

If your insured’s policy is with Nautilus, Scottsdale or Western Heritage, you can report directly to the carrier.
